We are a not-for-profit organization that operates two hospital sites in Ohio, and several affiliated health care organizations. By combining the resources of the two organizations, we have been able to provide several new services for the community, including open-heart surgery, a Level II neonatal intermediate care unit and enhanced cancer services.

Our primary service area is a six-county region of southeastern Ohio.

  • Monday - Friday,  8a - 4:30p
  • Reports to Director of Physician Operations
  • Masters Degree required; or must be in process with completion expected within 2 years of hire date
  • At least 5 years of current/recent physician office leadership required
  • Comprehensive experience with the physician revenue cycle required
  • Will oversee ~ 35-40 practitioners including physicians and practitioners across 11 different clinic sites including the hospital for those based onsite; the attractive part of this position is that it will be high level with a lot of capacity for development of the role within the organization.
  • Daily activities could include things like: reviewing practice schedules & prior day pulse reports on volumes; researching any outstanding physician/practice or manager issues; checking in with the offices; meeting with the managers or any other directors as needed; working on strategic project assignments, e.g., lean six sigma projects for efficiency and access improvement, capital and FTE requests, etc.
